Through collaboration with the designer, Fenwick & Company Interior Design and the owner, Frantz Inn, Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. provided value engineering to tailor the design and deliver construction techniques for The Edge Lounge & Nightclub renovation that provided the best value and reduce the overall cost to the client. Remaining open during construction and with only two weeks lead time, this 3,400 square feet interior renovation was completed within the original 7 week schedule including all high end finishes and installation of the first GlasTender modular bar die system in Canada.
