Swan Lake First Nation awarded Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. the contract for construction of their water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant and office laboratory buildings. The facilities service the Sand Hills Casino in Carberry, Manitoba and future developments, including a hotel, RV park, cabins and a club house.

Large concrete foundations and pits were required to house the large waste water and water treatment equipment within the pre-engineered building, built complete with overhead door access. A large above ground water tank, supported on screw piles and a concrete foundation, provide water storage and peak supply demand requirements.
