Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. was the successful bidder of the City of Winnipeg contract to complete the rehabilitation of a circular concrete pier on the Elm Park Pedestrian Bridge. The rehabilitation included demolition of 2’’ to 10’’ of existing concrete, placement of rebar, and forming and pouring a new concrete jacket around the entire pier.
