Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. was the successful bidder of the Manitoba Infrastructure contract for the completion of a two-span precast prestressed concrete and reinforced concrete bridge over Netley Creek on PTH No.8 in the RM of St Andrews.

Contract works included the demolition of the existing concrete piers and abutments and the dismantling and salvage of the existing timber bridge.

Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. provided all labour and equipment to erect the new bridge, including driven steel H piles, all reinforcing steel and concrete works, installation of pre-cast girders, concrete curbs and bridge rails but did not include the supply of major bridge elements.

This project was completed on time over a 3 ½ month contract period during winter conditions.
