One of the many projects undertaken by Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. for Princess Auto Ltd. was the design build of their Home Office Addition and Courtyard Development.

The new addition incorporated executive offices, a new data centre and IT department offices as well as a gymnasium, shower and locker room.

To accommodate the new Home Office Addition, the existing sewer and water services had to be rerouted. Specialized HVAC was incorporated to meet the requirements for the data centre and future stand by generator capabilities.

The design and construction of the new exterior Courtyard included hardscaping, decorative security fencing, land drainage and the guard house relocation.
