Rock Country GM needed to replace their repair shop and time was of the essence. Ernst Hansch Construction was selected as the general contractor to assist with the design, provide value-engineering to select the right option and construct the new facility on a cost-plus basis. The project was expedited by working through winter to meet Rock Country GM’s tight time restrictions. We worked closely with the owner and design team to ensure the building met Rock Country GM’s needs and moved them into the new space ahead of schedule.
