Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. provided design build services for the construction of a new municipal office for the Rural Municipality of Cartier in Elie, Manitoba.

The wood frame building was built with a brick and stucco exterior, metal roof and exterior handicap access. In addition to the large open general office and reception space, this new building houses council chambers, executive offices, a staff room, plus a fireproof records room for document storage.
