Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. was awarded a construction management contract by Miller Waste Inc. to modify their 1451 Saskatchewan Avenue building. from a warehouse to an operations, maintenance and storage facility to house their 50+ garbage collection trucks. This project included design work, permitting and construction.

During the construction phase of the above works, Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. also completed upgrades to the roof and building envelope, office spaces, and washrooms at this location for Miller Waste Inc.
