Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. was selected as the Design-Builder to design and construct Acquire Wealth Management’s new office space in a new 94,500 square foot building also designed and constructed by Ernst Hansch.

Acquire Wealth Management occupies approximately 5,000 square feet on the 2nd floor with its own designated modern entrance from the main level. The space features tall open ceilings with large floor to ceiling windows allowing daylight to flow in and fill the office space. A special coating was used to minimize solar heat gain and lower energy use while also eliminating the need for window coverings. The space was designed to share a large boardroom, kitchenette and print room with other tenants to optimize space.

Further energy efficient design considerations included radiant in-floor heat, a central building management HVAC controls system that captures fresh air and modern LED lighting. The building performs 13% better than MECB energy standards which has translated into substantial energy savings.

Acquire Wealth Management’s space was the first space completed in the building. Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. facilitated safe access while the remainder of the building was constructed. Through close collaboration the new space was completed on time and within budget.
