Including the design build of a new 15,400 sq. ft. structural steel frame office and warehouse facility located at 1130 Wall Street, Ernst Hansch Construction Ltd. has provided construction services for the original owner, KT Industries Ltd., since 1981.

Other works performed include several office renovations and additions as well as the design and construction of an explosion proof room to house chemicals for the manufacturing of plastic laminate and labelling products with specialized printing, laminating and converting equipment.
